We are hired by some of the finest corporations to separate those individuals who excel from those who are average in skills. We recruit Middle Management to Executive and Specialists Skills, predominantly for Digital, eCommerce, mCommerce, Telecommunications, Mobile, and FMCG Sectors.
We have learned that high performance individuals are generally not actively looking, however, most of them will keep their ears open to strong opportunities. Those are the candidates that we can provide. We have found that there is a difference in their contribution of results.
Meet Sharon Hone
Recruitment & Search Executive and Managing Member of Hone Recruitment and Search Specialists. Sharon completed her tertiary education in London, before training and working at one of the UK’s leading recruitment companies, where she achieved the position of Branch Manager of a busy London office. She joined Drake International after relocating to Johannesburg, where she successfully managed and grew their Temporary division for their Flagship Sandton Branch.
Sharon then co-founded what was to now become Hone Recruitment and Search Specialists in 1991, as an independent recruitment and search company. She attributes its continued growth to a passion for the business, a commitment to always strive for excellence and the initiative she takes to gain a thorough understanding of the uniqueness of her clients business and being able to locate real talent through an ever expanding network of business professionals.
